Ditto is a utility Discord bot that allows server owners to clone one Discord server into another, including channel structures, categories, roles, permissions, and optionally, recent messages. The Bot requires that it be present in both servers and that the user executing the command is the owner of both. You are solely responsible for any Internet service fees or any other fees related to your usage of the Bot.
3. Appropriate Use
By using the Bot, you agree not to:
- Use the Bot in a manner that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
- Use the Bot to duplicate content that you do not own or have permission to clone.
- Use the Bot to harass, harm, or infringe on the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Exploit the bot for abuse, spam, or other malicious purposes.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Bot indicates your agreement to the temporary processing and usage of your server data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No data is stored persistently.
5. Disclaimers
Ditto is provided on an "as is" basis. The developers make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or functionality. The developers of Ditto are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or other issues resulting from use or misuse of the Bot.
6. Amendments to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Bot's website or official support Discord server. Continued use of the Bot after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
